hey i was one of the guys that got a red light ticket with you on the peoples ride a couple of months ago. i talked to you on another ride about it and you said that you had a diagram of where the cop said we ran the red and where we were ticketed. would you be able to post it up bc i have my court date tomorrow and i would like to use it.

hey officers wiggins name is on my ticket but he wasnt the one that wrote it.if i tell the judge that and the officer that wrote the ticket isnt there would it be thrown out?

Shit I hope you get this in time. My plan is to just tell the truth. We were riding and obeying the lights. There was 400 people riding that night. Wiggins roped off a bunch of us who had pulled over because we heard te sirens wanting to give right of way to the emergency vehicle/cops who needed to get through. The cop roped off a bunch of people indiscriminately and gave us all red light tickets. It was 1/2 mile away and after a turn down another street. He got the wron people. He also admitted that the front of the parade stopped at the light. We all were at the front of the parade at the time.

Also make sure you get a real judge not a judge pro tem. You have the right to refuse and get an elected judge who will most likely go easier and have more compAssion

Good news. He was a high ranking cop. Dude prolly doesn't want to be see showing up for a bicycle ticket. Was it a judge pro tem?

there were about 50 other people that were fighting their tickets so the sheriff just told us to all get in a single line and tell him our name b4 we could be let into the court room. When i told him mine he said my case was dismissed and i would be getting my money back
