i sprayed it on and still cant get it unstuck wtf! any advice.its like the paint got in there..

maybe put it in a vice and twist it? or use a mallet and push it down to break the connection....then pull it out.

who painted it with the seat tube intact?
you're supposed to remove everything before you paint it

use Marvel Mystery Oil
Let it sit on it for a few hours. Put new oil in the cracks every 15 minutes.
The best oil i've ever used.

from the looks of the pic, it seems really stuck..

throw some penetrating oil... and let it sit.., it should work..

autozone sells penetrating oil.
also, if you have that problem with an aluminum seatpost or stem, use ammonia.

Trivia
WD-40 was developed in the 50's for aerospace to use on rockets.
Rockets were to be sprayed with it before being sent into space.
The idea was to keep any moisture from being on the rockets, which
could turn into ICE at high altitude throwing the rocket off course.
Thus the designation of WD or water displacement.
This is why it is often used on wet distributor caps of cars stalled out in the rain.

Have you ever moved the seat post?
If someone before you hammered the wrong size post in there your never ever going to get it out.

did they get it out? sometimes you gotta heat up the seat tube with a torch. thats when its REALLY in there good.
