Saturday, August 11.
Union Station.
Meet: 5 PM
Ride: 5:30 PM
I just put up a post.
(Sorry Pier pressure and Unite the masses for the conflict on the 11th. This is the only time possible to do the metric before the full 100 mile ride on the 25th of August.)
stoked bout this ride.. hopefully ican get work off.. is it a fast paced or medium paced ride? i have someone whos interested in tagging along.. but doesnt know if she'd be able to keep up..
glad to hear there are more people interested. I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
I'm glad you're on board again, Kyber. I'm glad we'll have some new people...and a brand new badger rider from the foothills of the San Bernadino Mountains
If your friend can ride 40 miles comfortably she will have no trouble; she'll just be a little more tired. If she maxes out in the 20-25 range it's not going to be pretty...
I would like to go, but I'm not doing it on a fixed gear again... At least not with the raito's I'm running. Two metric century's is enough to know I need a bike w/ gears.
Shit....sorry Marino--we were waiting for you just ahead when we got the news. Hey- some of us DC riders get to spend the last half of next week with you in PDX!! I am excited about tis one.
Good ride everyone. So fun---Hey, check out the George Michael bathroom group pic once it gets posted [laughs!!]
Yes. 2:26 am and I am still buzzing on the good vibes of this ride (and the beer I just drank).
Thanks to Tern for another epic ride. Even with the Pasadena cops pulling us all over, no harm, no foul, eh?
No one here should be making light of George Michael. He advocates for getting off the couch and going outside. Obviously, he's no friend of the man. We should make GM an honorary rida.
