Be in the look out for a student looking white dude with a beard (brown ish blonde) around Marina Del Ray! He has my fuckin' bike!!!

yes oxford ave and dickson busted a left on some harbor street bullshit ... he stopped next to me i was fadded and drunk took a glance and then took a real look shit was yours i was hopping out the car and he smashed it straight cars ahead and boom took a left i had a red and cops where their homie didnt wanna take it to get it back so fuckn close!!

there was a cop at the intersection and he wouldve had to run a red while intoxicated....couldve got the bike back...but then slammed with legal mumbo jumbo

Exactly. The dude may have bought the bike unknowingly from the thief. Be careful not to convict someone of bike thievery without verifiable proof that he stole the bike. Since there are no witnesses to the stolen bike incident, nor is there any video, one must assume the guy riding the bike is innocent, until proven guilty. I advise anyone to refrain from and avoid using violence or physical threats to retrieve the bike. You could be facing felony assault charges, fines and prison time.
Follow these rules:
If you spot the stolen bike, follow the suspect, but do not attack him.
Take note of the street you are on and any address the suspect enters.
Call the police (911) and let them apprehend and question suspect.
If you own the bike, get your papers in order. Serial numbers, receipts, etc.
You will be required to show proof of ownership to retrieve the bike, once the police impound it.
Street justice always sounds good in theory. In practice it can get you into a lot of trouble. All we need is more riders with felony charges, court dates and possible fines and prison sentences.
Be smart. Use the system.

actually i know that it was goosegoose's bike because ive seen it and ridden it several times and have helped em change his flats before.. the bike was left the same and him taking of is saying that he had not bought it and i was unable to chace after it because we where fucked up cops ahead and if you know me certain people say i look like a gangbanger idk how but i would had have been in a shitload of trouble
