Peoples Ride Question

What is the general Concensus:
We already have a planned route to go to the east side to avoid the cops and general Hollywood bullshit...Drooby and I have worked a month on this...If you guys would rather go to the west side lets us know and we will just go to Ryan's party and had the ride off to someone else...

It's a bit longer mileage wise for the eastsiders, but its a straight shot downhill from hollywood to fairfax to wilshire.
and no reason to fear the cops, if we take a lesson from the book of the valley ridazz, stick to small residential streets.
trick or treating themed right?
just ride looping through a bunch of streets, and people will be out trick or treating anyways.
west start at cm park
east start at rite aid
both sides ride at 10.
no stops until lacma meet at 11. get your shit

everyone saying it's a straight shot from hollywood etc, remember, halloween has these huge street festivals, hwood blvd and sm blvd are closed for a large section each, with about a million people on SM and maybe half that on hwood. There are literally hundreds of cops in the area pretty much looking for a fight. I was in that shit last year, like every fourth person was a cop, ad the roads are jammed with drunks trying to find parking, basically the whole of hollywood and weho is not a good idea on halloween. rachel spent a good amount of time developing a rad route for the peoples ride, if you people wanna meet rides together, meet us at hollywood and vermont between 9:30 and 10.

and everybody involved in the conflicting rides or what not, don't get into an online scuffle over a ride. TRUST ME its not worth it. the stress that comes with it, will ruin all your F.U.N

i have to say, cause i love all the ridazz, it would be uberness amounts of awesomeness if we all rode together. The West is willing to leave the beaches and venture inland.

my only smidgen of naysaying comes from:
- raquel put a bunch of time into coming up with the ride idea she has planned and it's something we have never done on a last friday and is halloween themed.
- the west side has a poor history of trying to meet up with lacm/people's ride, there have been a bunch of attempts, all of which ended up with the east side sitting in a park in beverly hills or wherever we decided to meet up, and finding out that the west side gave up and stayed near the beach.

route will be posted on wednesday...but we are going to hit up grave yeards/parks heading east... with stops near the hollywood bowl, Echo Park (maybe depending on how many people there is a party), DTLA, to East Los and back with a costume contest...and if i can swing it bob for apples thing...but i dunno on that one
