changed the date to january 8th... forgot about the toy ride
yeah.... the mom ridaz work together on the ride... we all contribute what we can, and drooby is a good ride leader.
mom ridaz.. start thinking about routes and stops and we will discuss and finalize the route in the next month. stay tuned!

BTW the term "ride leader" is not used on any rides on MR.
"Hosted by", "organized by" or simply "contact" is a more subtle way to get credit for the hard work it takes to put a ride together. No need to pound us on the head with hierarchical structures.

the ride leader is not the same as the organizers...
the ride leader sets the pace and decides when to mount up etc...
not using the word "leader" is being in denial of the fact that there are leaders and we use the term "ride leader" and "leader" all the time.
don't get too hung up on the word, there's nothing wrong with being led... no one is forcing you to follow
