Just wondering, who is actually willing to roll out with the Junior Team.
I would prefer people who are under the age of 18. Hence the name Junior Team/Underage Team still pending.
It's not like I'm planning on winning or anything, I just want to represent the younger generation of MR.

fuck training, we commute on our bicycles. I think the only thing to do is do at the very least 2 rides out to long beach just to get the distance training. Aside from that, we would only have to work on a pace line all the way over there. Furthermore, I'm not planning on running any reds, due to safety for the entire team.
Plus, I would really like a female roll with the Junior/Underage Team. Wouldn't you?

Yeah, it'd be awesome to be on any team in general, and it sounds really awesome, but two rides to LB won't cut it. I can't finish a Wolfpack, let alone a Wolfpack race.

Well, I might be taking it too seriously, but the way I see it is that I won't be prepared, or legit enough to do this race. It's dangerous and takes major muscular strength that I don't have. Know what I'm saying? Yeah, I have potential, but it's unhealthy to cram that training into 2 months. I guess.
I don't know, I just have doubts about my own abilities.

I too have a 17 year old friend that would be willing to ride with us and according to him, he can keep up with me. Which is average.

There's a gaggle of BMX-punks up here that fit the age bracket.
They also dress like typical hipsters and assumingly smoke-alot, only dividing factor is their "trials" gearing.'
Perhaps a work-exchange contract could be negotiated.

Chynna, I think this is a great opportunity for you to train and grow stronger... soon enough you'll be hanging with Wolfpack every Monday. If your team stays together and is very cautious of the reds, then you will get to Docweiler fast and safely.
but...if you really want out of this commitment everybody made for you, then just say you will be photographing the race and hauling around heavy camera equipment. Therefore you can't race.

Yup. Want more horror stories? the supervisor for my AP Calc BC totally fucked something up- everyone who was in the test room with me got a 1 on both portions of the exam. The principal refused to try and correct it, so eventually I gave up on having the school correct its mistake and just mailed in a request for my exam to be hand scored. It's now been 20 months since I mailed in the request, I still haven't heard back from College Board. And yes, I ended up retaking calculus already. And fuck anything you have to say about my tense shift.

It's not like you're going to get into a good college off the bat, anyway, because colleges are looking for a 4.0 person with EXTRA extra curricular activities, experience, money, and last but not least, even when you have that, there will always be someone better than you, because the colleges aren't even letting that many people in because they're (the colleges) broke.

I know I'll probably get into any cal state im intrested in for sure if I keep up my work ethic pace I got going now,
I got my 3.5 gpa+sports+community service+2 ap courses taken+passed the cashee but as far as my act/sat I think ima do it one more fianl time,this time im postive I'll get my desired score I want to submit to the colleges im intrested in :)

i took the exit exam when i was 16 and have been out of highschool since. it's a love hate thing. i love that i did it, cos i matured faster than the douches around me, so being around all the bullshit highschool politics really took a toll on me.
i hate it cos i'm 24 and still don't have my bachelor's. i've learned so much about life in these past years that it doesn't affect me that much. although it sucks when all your friends are moving on to grad school.
