CHP Appeal question

I'm having a difficult time navigating through google trying to find where I can send my appeal to the California Highway Patrol rebutting my Police Report. It's been a while since I posted here, but where can I send my appeal? Do I have to physically ride my bike to the nearest CHP station and send my letter there? I need options. Thanks.
