Did the City have a (invisible) hand in the new Bike signs popping up all over the LA streets?

---thats pretty funny... I noticed the signs on my commute to work the past few days, and though some locations make sense... some pasting was done where cars wouldnt really notice...
still it was nice to see the signs up.

I wouldn't worry tortuga, she's still got that whole duty of explaining how L.A. isn't white enough to be bicycle friendly, so she'll stay busy.
