so im writing a paper on LA bike and freak bike culture and id like to know some basic info and get some interviews done some old ridazz!!
my first ? is "when did Critical mass start in LA??"
ill probably have a ton more ?'s later but for now that's where im starting

Critical Mass started in Silver Lake at Tropical Bakery on Sunset - Sunday mornings about 17 years ago.
Bunch of guy bikers who rode around the lake as I remember.
The we'd meet at night near Pioneer Chicken on Echo Park Blvd.
